Clevercloggs Fee Structure September 2025
All children from 9 months are eligible to apply for 30hours of funding from September 2025 if your family meets the criteria. Since opening in 2006 we have always operated a minimum 3 days policy. We have a standard fee across all rooms, so when you join our family you know that other than a yearly increase to ensure standards remain high your fees remain the same throughout your journey with us.
At Clevercloggs, we facilitate Government funding by offering a ‘stretched offer’.
The funding Is 15/30 hours per week for term time only. We allocate the funding that you receive over the whole year (stretched offer) this means if you claim 30 hours funding we will allocate it at a rate of 22 hours per week, if you claim 15 hours funding we will allocate at a rate of 11 hours per week. The funded hours are allocated to the middle of the day to ensure all funded hours are allocated and used.

You can usually claim the 30 hours if you (and your partner if you have one) are: in work, on sick leave, on parental, maternity, or adoption leave. You must expect to earn a certain amount over the next three months. On average, this is at least the National Living Wage for 16 hours per week. You must have a valid code by the end of the month before a new term starts. You must reconfirm your eligibility every three months. If you apply more than 3 months before the term starts you will need to reconfirm your eligibility in your account to keep your code valid. If you are applying for 15/30 hours and someone else claims tax-free childcare for that child, your application may be unsuccessful.

All 3 and 4-year-olds are eligible for 15 hours of statutory funding. The statutory funding starts the term after they are three.
Please ensure you update your funding status every three months or as required by government guidelines. If you pay by the tax free childcare please advise us via the Ap of your Childs’ reference number. Fees are due on the first of each month in advance, fees paid later than the 7th of each month will incur a 10% admin fee.

If you require childcare on a day your child does not normally attend the daily rate will be £97.00 per day.
